We are excited to share a series of new features and improvements that have recently been rolled out across the Takealytics platform, based on valuable feedback from our users. These updates are designed to provide even more actionable insight, streamline reporting, and enhance your ability to monitor performance across delivery platforms.


Listings Filter Now Live on the Overview Page and Email Alerts

The Listings Filter - previously only accessible in Grid Builder - is now available directly from the Overview page and within Email Alerts.


This filter helps you quickly identify venues that are listed on one aggregator but missing from others. It’s an incredibly useful tool for commercial and operational teams looking to spot gaps and pinpoint new acquisition opportunities. Aggregators can use this to see where competitors have coverage that they don’t - making outreach and targeting more effective.


Venue Dashboard - “Last Seen” Delivery Time Now Available

You can now view the exact date and time when a venue was last seen as available for delivery on aggregator platforms. This enhancement gives you clearer visibility into when a location may have been delisted or gone offline, helping to spot service disruptions or closures faster.


Additionally, for venues that have been delisted, we now display their initial launch date, providing historical context and making it easier to track lifecycle performance.

Grid Builder Exports - Now Shareable with Team Members

We’ve made it easier to collaborate using Grid Builder exports. You can now choose to automatically share reports with specific users or your entire team at a set time each day. This is especially useful for teams that rely on daily reporting or need to share custom data views across departments.


Hygiene Alerts - Get Notified When Ratings Improve

Our Hygiene Alert functionality now includes the ability to flag venues that increase their hygiene rating above a chosen threshold.


This is particularly helpful for aggregators wanting to identify restaurants on competing platforms that may now meet your hygiene standards. With this data, you can act quickly to approach high-potential venues that have recently improved.

Minimum Delivery Time - Standardised Across Aggregators

Historically, Takealytics displayed an average delivery time using the mid-point of aggregator time bands (e.g. 15-30 mins would display as 22 mins). However, Uber Eats now only displays the minimum delivery time - without a band.


To maintain consistency across all platforms, Takealytics now shows the minimum delivery time for all aggregators. This update ensures the delivery time data you see is aligned and comparable across platforms.


Promotional Calendar - Now Supports Time-Specific Views

The Promotional Calendar has been upgraded to allow for time-specific filtering. You can now drill down to see which promotions are running across different brands and aggregators at a specific time of day - whether that’s breakfast, lunch, or dinner.


This enhancement makes it easier to understand competitive promotional strategies, time-targeted campaigns, and brand-specific activity across platforms.
